Description
This system can be used to acquire multicolor images with aim of wide range spectral detector with up to 32 different spectral channels 10 nm width, with such application as FRAP, spectral unmixing and fingerprinting. Additionally there are Zeiss MR Color high resolution camera on board so it can be used to acquire images of naturally stained specimens such as pollen or animal tissues. We have following laser lines: 405, 458, 488, 514, 561, 633 We have 3 filtersets to observe samples: DAPI, GFP, Rhodamine General sample preparation requirements: Any samples must be stained with common dyes or be self fluorescent, transparent and not exceed thickness of 0.2 mm, mounted on glass microscopy slide and covered with 0.17 mm cover-slip (high performance is preferred). This is approach dedicated for high-resolution.
